  • 8.00 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 0.50 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12.00 Each Bacon (Thin slices, cut in half)
  • 1.00 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.50 tsp Salt (Or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
  4. Wrap each filled jalapeño half with a half-slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the filling is bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm.
