Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño half with a half-slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if necessary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the filling is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
