Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Glaze

- 8.00 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Small, marinated, or Ciliegine)
- 0.50 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.00 tbsp Sugar (Optional, for glaze)
Instructions
- Prepare the balsamic glaze: Combine balsamic vinegar and optional sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture gently simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by about half and coats the back of a spoon. Let cool.
- Assemble the skewers: Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded), and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter. Drizzle generously with the cooled balsamic glaze just before serving.
