Blistered Green Beans with Garlic

- 2.00 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3.00 cloves Garlic (Thinly sliced)
- 0.50 tsp Salt (Or to taste)
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the olive oil.
- Add the green beans to the hot oil. Cook, stirring only occasionally, until the beans are bright green and have blistered, charred, or browned spots, about 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the sliced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Season immediately with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
- Serve warm.
